Q : What is the check in and check out time?
A : The check in time is 14:00 (2 p.m.) onwards, and even how at our massive is that we want you to stay and how hard it is to let you go. Furthermore, our check out time is 12:00 (noon) and if you want to extend your stay in our hotel, please let us know prior to check-out time at least 2 hours.

Q : Can I go to my room early than your check-in time?
A : Yes you can, but we offer you to pay early check-in charge so you can take a rest when you arrived at our hotel.   Or you can leave your luggages with our hotel staffs without any charge.

Q : How can I get to your hotel?
A : You can easily get here either by Airport rail link then transfer to the sky train or the subway, Meter taxi and public buses. (The sky train and subway service hours starts from 6 a.m. untill midnight everyday.

Q : What do you have inside the room?
A : All rooms here with the air-conditioning, En-suite bath room with hot shower, LED TV with cable, Safe box, refridgerator, windows.

Q : Can I bring a guest?
A : Our Double/twin beds room allows maximum stay for 2 registered persons only. If you check in and stay alone in room, you can feel free to bring along one partner with no extra charge. But if you already check in for 2 persons in the room, the guests required to check in for one more room or pay the additional charge for 500 THB per each visitor. (same rule is apply for every room type)

Q : Can I store my luggage even if I already check out?
A : Yes you can, your luggage can be store in our luggage room. But our luggage room is open from 9:00 a.m. until 20:00 (8 p.m.) daily for security reason.

Q : Can I smoke at your hotel?
A : Outdoor smoking is okay, we provide a smoking area but please be note that it is prohibited to smoke indoor. For the benefit of all guests to enjoy a healthier environment, we wish to inform that Miami Hotel, Bangkok is “NON-SMOKING” hotel throughout the rooms and Air-condition areas.

Q : Do you arrange the tour for sightseeing?
A : Yes, Our staffs can assist you for the tour and sightseeing throughout Thailand.
